To start a foreclosure, please follow these steps:
1) Print and complete the appropriate choice of these 2 documents:

Or
HOA Foreclosure Information Sheet
2) Gather the documents required on the Information Sheet and EMAIL, FAX or MAIL along with the correct Information Sheet to our office:

Note: Clear copies of the original documents are acceptable to start the foreclosure, however we will require the original documents before the property goes to sale.
Once we have received all required information and documents, we will start the foreclosure, and send you the Substitution of Trustee and Declaration of Default and Demand to sign, have notarized and return to us. DO NOT EMAIL or FAX the signed documents back; we must have original signatures.
Deposit: A $250 deposit may be required to start the foreclosure. If so, we will inform you when we send you the initial documents to sign.
